Martin Installed as President and Chairman of Landecker & Associates, Inc. Landecker & Associates, Inc. (LAI) has appointed Phil Martin as its President and Chairman of the Board. Phil received his Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree and Master of Science Environmental Engineering degree from North Dakota State University. Licensed as a Professional Engineer, Phil has been employed at LAI for the past 12 years where he manages planning and design of various civil engineering and environmental projects. Phil and his wife, Kathy, and their three children reside in Pequot Lakes. He replaces David Landecker who recently resigned.

Roger Forcelle, the Senior Land Survey CAD Technician in Pequot Lakes, has been certified as a Level III Computer Operator by the National Society of Professional Surveyors/American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (NSPS/ACSM).

Cindy Hidde, PLS, a project manager in Pequot Lakes, has been elected for a two-year term as President of the local chapter of the Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS) for the years 2010 and 2011. MSPS is an association dedicated to the betterment of the land surveying profession in Minnesota by striving to unite all land surveyors in the state and recognize the importance of education, legislative activity, public relations, and advancement of the land surveying profession in today’s modern world.

Jessica Niemi, a civil engineer in Pequot Lakes, has been licensed as a Professional Engineer by the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).

Tanya Wiskow, an administrative assistant in Pequot Lakes, passed the exam to be designated as a Certified Administrative Professional by the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Only approximately 100 administrative professionals in Minnesota hold CAP designation.
