Professional Engineer

Seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Engineering department in our Walker or Grand Rapids offices. Responsibilities include involvement in all phases of project development, design, and contract administration, in addition to managing staff and expanding the client base. This is an opportunity to manage project teams and projects from design through construction, working directly with clients. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Professional Engineer. BSCE required, MSCE preferred. Previous experience in municipal, land development, site work, general civil engineering, and engineering management preferred.
Strong technical, communication, and marketing skills are required, along with PE registration in Minnesota, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
